- Education: Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably Marketing, Communication, Business, or Advertising).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as an Account Executive, Client Service, or in B2B sales preferably in advertising, creative agency, media, or marketing services.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of basic advertising concepts, campaign workflow, creative briefing, media placement, and project coordination.
- Core Skills: Strong client handling, presentation, persuasion, negotiation, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Target-Oriented: Comfortable working with sales targets, project deadlines, and performance-based evaluation.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Mobility: Willing to travel, attend events, and meet clients on-site.
- Software Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive, and Canva for simple presentations.
- Minimum education of Bachelor’s/Diploma in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of working experience as a Graphic Designer (fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have a strong portfolio).
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and familiar with Figma/Canva.
- Possesses a portfolio that demonstrates creativity, branding skills, layouting, and illustration abilities.
- Able to create designs for various needs: social media content, digital ads, brand key visuals, posters/printables, marketing kits, etc.
